Shuchen is a Senior UX/Product Designer with experience across AI, fintech, and B2B SaaS. She most recently worked as a Lead Product Designer at Artifact AI in New York City, and previously worked as an associate UX/Product Designer at Goldman Sachs for 3 years, and a founding Product Designer at Laxis.
She holds an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Hubei University of Technology in China.
In her spare time, she enjoys working on personal creative projects that allow her to explore emerging technologies and apply UX thinking in new ways.
She is an open-minded, energetic, and curious designer who believes interaction design, cutting-edge technology, and business can work together to create better solutions and improve relationships among users, products, technology, and environments.
