Dealsuite is a revolutionary web-based platform designed to enhance the deal management process for GS Classic and ECM IBD bankers worldwide. This innovative tool not only simplifies and digitizes tasks for bankers but also offers an organized and efficient experience. It provides invaluable features such as tracking task deadlines, facilitating collaboration between bankers and approvers, and maintaining a seamless flow of approvals. Dealsuite is a game-changer for the global banking industry, ensuring that every aspect of the deal management process is optimized for success.
My Responsibility
I took over the full responsibility for the Dealsuite project since October 2022, following the successful launch of its MVP, my primary focus was around the continuous development of features to enhance the post-MVP experience. A significant portion of my efforts has been dedicated to refining the deal approval process and fostering digital collaboration between bankers and approvers.
I have led the design process, working closely with the Project Manager to deeply understand business requirements. This has involved creating information structures, conducting user research, and facilitating testing sessions with users. To translate these insights into tangible improvements, I have crafted high-fidelity design prototypes and comprehensive documentation. Furthermore, I've played a crucial role in providing ongoing support to the development team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product that aligns with the project's objectives. My contributions are instrumental in shaping the next phase of Dealsuite, setting the stage for an even more streamlined and collaborative deal management experience.
